This is a tradition that started at weddings in Venezuela, it has now become very popular with brides in South Florida and is spreading throughout the USA to people from all backgrounds. This is Venezuela’s version of New Orleans’ Mardi Gras, or Brazilian Carnival, while other countries call it Carnavalito, Cotillón Carnaval Cariocoa, or Halequin Party.
